The Ardo Tulips are available in 3 sizes so you can get the perfect fit for your nipples and your baby. Available in Small (16mm), Medium (20mm) & Large (24mm). What size do I get? Measure straight across the nipple. If the measurement is over 16mm, we recommend getting size M (20mm). If at or below, then Small (16mm). If above 20mm, then Large (24mm). How do I clean them? Clean the Tulips before use and and then once a day rinse with water, add a drop of detergent to the cap and wash off with warm water. Let the nipple shields dry and keep in the practical storage box. How do I use them? Moisten the inside of the nipple shield with a little breast milk or water, or use a lanolin nipple cream. Pull back the edge of the nipple shield and centre the shield over the nipple & release the edges of the nipple shield onto the breast.
