I could easily imagine a large, 400 page, $250 textbook cover only the information in this book, with a nauseating amount of examples, pretty coloured pictures, and useless script that explains nothing new.But I don't ever have to read, let alone buy such a thing, because I have this book.274 pages, including a beginning and end of chapter summary, key questions, an index, and choice diagrams. The book is incredibly small, but the small size does not imply a lack of information.Domjan writes concisely, which is something I see very rarely in psychology texts, and clearly. He gives excellent examples to elaborate on principles as well as graphs and tables where they are due.This book is easy to follow, informative, quick, and interesting. Everything I like in a textbook.
